CANCELLATION POLICY:

All scheduled appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Any appointments not cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a $45 fee. Cancellations can be made by signing into your account through our services page or by following the link provided in your confirmation email. Contact us for any issues or problems you may have 24 hours prior to your visit or you will be subject to our cancellation fee.

RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT:

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so by signing in to your account on our service page or by following the link provided in your confirmation email. Contact us for any issues or problems you may have rescheduling 24 hours prior to your original appointment or you will be subject to our cancellation policy fee.

FACILITIES:

All aKneadforPaws canine services provided in your home (or business). aNeedforPause Reiki sessions for you can be provided in your home or booked at the treatment room inside Community Yoga in Avodale/West Ashley on Thursdays by appointment only.

FORMS OF PAYMENT:

We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash payments. Payments must be made in full prior to or at the time of services.
